Account and Password Recovery

Forget Password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot your password?" link to set a new password.

Email addresses in the system are NOT case-sensitive ("bailey.edu" is the same as "BAILEY.EDU") but passwords are case-sensitive ("password" and "PASSWORD" are different).

If you have requested a password reset email, but are not receiving one, the email may be in your spam folder. If the password reset email is not in your spam folder, please contact support@catme.org.

Deactivated accounts
Instructors and TAs

CATME Instructor accounts are automatically deactivated after 18 months of inactivity. Teacher assistant (TA) accounts are deactivated after 12 months of inactivity. While deactivated, your surveys and students will still be saved, in case you want to start using CATME again. If you wish to close your account earlier, please contact support@catme.org

If your account has been deactivated and you wish to use CATME, please contact licensing@catme.org and request for your account to be reopened.

Students

Student data in the CATME system is protected by federal law, as the instructors own the student data under their license. Because of this, CATME does not deactivate student accounts. If you want your account deleted, please contact the instructor(s) who entered you into a CATME survey and ask to have your name deleted from any associated surveys.

Please visit our Instructor FAQ page and our Student FAQ page for more information.
