Emails

This page will go over email errors you might encounter and any communication you should expect to receive.
Email Troubleshooting

If you believe that you should have gotten an email related to a survey, but have not, please go through the following steps to fix your issue.

  1. Check your spam or junk mail for no-reply@catme.org . Many times CATME reminder emails may be flagged as spam by your service provider.
  2. Check your Deleted Emails folder to ensure that the email you were expecting was not already sent to you, but accidentally deleted.
  3. Contact your instructor and have them check the email they have registered for you. A small typo in an email address may result in an email not being sent to you.
  4. If none of the steps above work, contact support@catme.org with your issue.
