If you believe that you should have gotten an email related to a survey, but have not, please go through the following steps to fix your issue.
- Check your spam or junk mail for no-reply@catme.org . Many times CATME reminder emails may be flagged as spam by your service provider.
- Check your Deleted Emails folder to ensure that the email you were expecting was not already sent to you, but accidentally deleted.
- Contact your instructor and have them check the email they have registered for you. A small typo in an email address may result in an email not being sent to you.
- If none of the steps above work, contact support@catme.org with your issue.
If you have not used CATME in the past, and your instructor adds you to a survey, you will receive an email like the one below. Please follow the link and set up your password to access the system. This email will not occur if you already have a CATME account.
